Located in the heart of the privately owned Sweet waters Game Reserve, covering 24,000 acres, Sweet waters Camp offers magnificent views across game-studded plains to the snow-capped peak of Mt. Kenya.

The camp overlooks a floodlit waterhole, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to watch and photograph animals in their natural habitat.

Accommodation is in 30 cool, thatch-roofed tents consisting of seven doubles, 19 twins and four triplets, all with en-suite bathrooms. Ten of the tents are on a raised platform and 20 on the ground floor. Extra beds available. Each spacious tent has a veranda with table and chairs.

The main building houses the 80-seat Rhino Restaurant, where breakfast and lunch are served buffet style, while dinner is a five-curse table d’hote menu.

In the same building is the comfortable Khashoggi Lounge, while the Waterhole Lounge has superb views of local wildlife.Activities include swimming, badminton, game watching and visits to a nearby chimpanzee sanctuary.
