JB Belmont Hotel Dar es Salaam is an all suite hotel and the rate very reasonable for the size of room. One gets a living room and bedroom, both spacious. The room comes equipped with a microwave in addition to a fridge.
The rooms are well maintained, but with one lift for about 20 floors, it can get tiresome waiting for the lift to arrive.
The staff are friendly and very good with English, but service could be better.
Food is reasonable as long as you
stick to the standard fare. Breakfast is included but one can run out of
certain items if you go down late.
All in all this was a nice place to stay and I
will stay again knowing what to expect and what not to expect.
The good out weighed the bad and only another stay will determine whether or not there will be a 3rd stay
