Jambo Brothers Bungalows and Hotel in Zanzibar

You are Here: › Jambo Brothers Bungalows

After three days in Stone Town, it was a relief to arrive at Jambo Brothers Bungalows to the north of Zanzibar with the relaxed atmosphere.

This friendly and sweet guy in one of Stone Towns restaurants organised the room and the transfer, and for sure we felt welcome and expected at the arrival.

The room was at a very reasonable price - 40 dollar pr night - including fan, AC and bathroom with shower and hot water.

Large beds with moscitonets, a clean room and very nice staff.

Placed at the beach, the Jambo Brothers bungalows was a really lovely place

. The sunset was unforgettable with the sound of the waves, the Dows at ancers and a lovely dinner coming up.

For sure - the litle restaurant on the beach is worth a visit for itself!!!

The Chef organized one meal better than the other.

Local ingredients, cooked and served in a fantastic way - we lost our hearts to this little restaurant.

Eddy - when does the man ever rest or sleep. He was there to greet us in the morning and serve the best breakfast ever. Every morning.

His smile reaches to you.

And at lunchtime - do we need anything else? Just say.

And at dinnertime - in these fantastic evenings - Eddy is there, with his smile, greeting us, placing us at the very best table (it felt like that) and serving the very best dinner meal the chef can come up with.

We had a week in heaven, in Nungwi, at Jambo Brothers. We will come back for sure. And we hope that Eddy still will be there :)
