Zanzibar Coffee House Cafe and Restaurant

You are Here: › Zanzibar Coffee House Cafe.

Zanzibar Coffee House Cafe is a quiet place to sit in the cool and drink gorgeous coffee! Very atmospheric.

(When my friends visited there was a fashion 'shoot' going on!I enjoyed a fabulous coffee in this Cafe full of local charm and an escape from the hawkers outside.

The food looked good and apparently there are rooms to rentabove the coffee shop.

Hands down, they know their coffee!! Beautiful building, great atmosphere, and superb coffee.

Asma is the top Tanzanian barrista, and just the designs on her cafe lattes are worth a visit to this place.

Then try their passion fruit cake or muesli - you won't be disappointed!

Anyone coming to Zanzibar should fit a visit to the Zanzibar Coffee House in!!

Zanzibar Coffee House is a great little place even if you only want a coffee.

Run by ladies who are all very nice and pleasant.

If you speak a little Swahili you can even have a laugh with them.

If you do not it is not a problem either.

The coffee is excellent and you can read a paper or play a game of Bao if you know how.

All in all a great place to rest up a bit.

We will definitely go back again when we are next in Stone Town.

Step right in and you smell the incredible aroma of fresh ground coffee beans and coffee brewing.

If you come at the right time, they serve up warm chocolate cake oozing with rich, moist flavor!

It's the best! Warm or not, this cake is incredible and delicious with a hot cup of spiced coffee or cappuccino, served lovingly and quickly by the excellent baristas & wait staff.

This is my favorite place to spend an afternoon reading, writing, and drinking coffee.

There's an interesting, friendly crowd of travelers, and a cozy atmosphere that lets you wile away the time.

I haven't stayed at the hotel since I live in Stone Town, but I'd definitely recommend the cafe anytime to anyone! They also sell their coffee beans to go! I love Zanzibar Coffee House!
