Tsavo Buffalo Camp

You are Here: › Tsavo Buffalo Camp

We have known Tsavo Buffolo Camp in Tsavo National park Kenya thanks to the advice of a friend of Linus, the Italian owner of the structure.

After several hours of dirt road through many small villages, we arrived at this fabulous Camp.

The hotel has rooms to "house", all very clean and nicely maintained.

Is provided (as often in Africa) in drinking water bottles to wash the teeth and the room has windows on both screens (there are no windows, but the houses are brick) and on the bed.

The bathroom is very clean and although the position is not lacking wild hot water for washing (although several signs remember not to abuse it and use it if necessary, with a small button that rule).

The houses are close together in the middle of the savannah, it's not rare for animals to reach the camp.

All night a Masai remains to guard outside the rooms, just to keep away the curious animals.

The quality is really high, they offer interesting dishes and always beautifully presented (pass this statement in mind above all that we are in the savanna).

After dinner you can take a night safari, we see little or no experience but it is worth doing.

You go to bed early, because at some point generator is switched off the lights and remain next to the bed solar energy.

The moment of awakening is one of the most magical I remember: wake at dawn with the feeling that he never slept so well in my life, immersed overnight in nature and its sounds, but feeling protected by the walls of the room and a large and comfortable bed!

Breakfast at dawn with cubes of butter, toast and jam is delicious then followed by an exciting safari at that time allowed us to see many cats eat in the cool of the morning.

It 'was a memorable trip, also thanks to the hospitality of Lino and his staff! We look forward to going back!
