How to Get to Kericho Town in Western Kenya

Kericho has great scenery that can be visited anytime of the year, it can be easily reached from any of the major towns in Western Kenya (Nakuru, Kisumu, and Eldoret among others).

Kericho is only at an hour driving from the world's largest fresh water lake, the Lake Victoria and two hours drive from Masai Mara National Park.

Kericho is about 5 hours driving west of Nairobi. Kisumu on the shores of Lake Victoria it is almost an hour driving from Kericho.

Matatus leave for most destinations from the market place, every seat has two passengers, the roof rack is a mountain of luggage, food, and any others stuff which need transportation, furthermore, for Kisumu, Migori and Kisii you will find more departures on Moi Highway.

From Kericho you have many travel options in every direction: east to Nakuru, southwest to Kisili and Migori (near the Tanzanian border) or northwest to Kisumu on Lake Victoria and Kapsabet in the Nandi Hills.
