Staying at The Lodge in Kampala City was another great experience based on what I expected.

On reaching the place, it was lovely and quiet in a good way.

The staff looked after us like we were an important delegation.

The food was lovely and we could not have asked for more. They kept asking whether everything was okay and honestly that touch was indeed something we never expected.

I had read earlier on here that Ugandan people are always smiling but it was testament at The Lodge, Alex was all smiles from the time I saw him up to when we left, I wonder whether he ever gets angry!!

We shall definitely come back here if we MUST!!! Keep up the good work.

I loved this guest house in many ways! The chef, the staff and owners are such great hosts.

The rooms are spacious with white linen for beddings.

The cleaners keep this place in a clean state all the time even when it has just rained.

The breakfast is basic but sufficient. the internet is free though some times spotty.

Overall, I would recommend this place.
