Sazani Beach Hotel Hotel in Zanzibar

Sazani Beach Hotel is a fantastic hotel with amazing oceans views from its bungalows. The beach is only a short walk from Nungwi but far enough away from the town that there are no touts or hawkers so you can enjoy your slice of paradise undisturbed.

It was perfect! A quiet gem off the beaten path of the center of Nungwi.

There are several other resorts around it but if you don't want to leave you don't have too!

They can arrange day excursions and tours if you like.

My biggest decision every day was where to read my book.

The owners are wonderful hosts and are doing great work in the Zanzibar community.

Its affordable, has wifi, good food, a great little bar, and really nice guests.

The rooms have nets, ceiling fans and are simple but comfortable.

There is also a kite surfing school at the hotel.

Having walked around the entire northern peninsula I believe the views are unsurpassed and for a fraction of next doors establishments prices.

Staff are excellent, headed by the absolutely fantastic manager Nikki who did all she could to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.

The food is freshly prepared every day and I didn't have a meal there that I didn't like!

The beach is just steps away and you are far enough away that the salesman do not bother you. I cannot wait to return here!!
