Bamburi Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa

I must say I was impressed by the service I got from when I arrived at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa ,the reception was great

This was our 2nd trip to Whitesands. We decided to treat ourselves and booked the interconnecting Palm rooms, as we travelled with our 4 year olds.

As any parent of young children would confirm, many hotels market themselves as kid friendly by virtue of having a single ball to play with! Whitesands cannot be beat.

I love the large entertainment play room, outdoor sandpit with jungle gym and the kiddie pool.

The only aspect I didn't enjoy was the kids dinner, as it had a limited assortment.

While all of the staff at Whitesands are great, Olivia and Mary from the Ozone Kids Club need a Nobel Prize!

They are very energetic, excited and focused on each and every child. It amazed me that they could call each child by name after only an hour.

We had full board and the buffets were delicicious and had something for everyone. I would have enjoyed more entertainment during dinner though.

We also had massages at Tulia, which were phenomenal! The staff overall are very warm, courteous and also greeting us "jambo"!

Walking around the property, the staff would always greet our children with high-fives, much to their delight.

The Palm rooms were much better than the standard rooms and closer to the pools.

The standard rooms are quite a walk away, which can be a pain if you have to go to the room to pick something!

Whitesands, keep up the good work and keep setting yourselves apart on the kids activities, we will keep coming back for more!
