Rwenzori Travellers Inn Fortportal Town has a restaurant, bar with DSTV, pool table, Internet cafe, gift shop and nice rooms, all in one place, what more could you wish for? It is not the cheapest place in town, but considering what value you get, I would still consider this to be a budget option!
Close to the other places in town you may visit like restaurants/nightlife and ATM's. All in walking distance.
