Nile Anchor Palace

I truly appreciated the beauty of Nile Anchor Palace in Jinja Town Uganda.

ALL the rooms are very large & clean.

The staff was courteous & helpful.

It is very western in terms of class of service. Rates are very reasonable.

Meals were superb. Most rooms have a bathtub, as well. It is in a very quaint part of town where the architecture is incredible.

It took me about 15 minutes to walk to the Source of the Nile, and about 25 minutes to walk into town.

One recommendation is to spot this on a map for your boda boda, because it is not well known in terms of location (or tell them it is next to Nile River Explorers drop off point on Wakoli).

It should only cost you 1700 shillings for a boda boda from the center of town.
