Moyo Mmoja is a small and cosy guesthouse situated in a peaceful and secure area aprox.5 minutes from the long white beach of Bagamoyo. Guests are often back-packers, social workers, students or project sponsors, who tend to come back time and time again.

Guests comes from a variety of countries, mostly Europeans but also US, Japan and Israel.

At times there are a rich mix of people, languages and cultures at the Guesthouse.

This makes it a social and friendly way of living and exploring the calm, but interesting life and culture of Bagamoyo.

Everybody is welcome to enjoy this! The place is well suitable for children.

Moyo Mmoja makes you feel like home and my children consider this place as their second home.

The staff is friendly and you meet other interesting people on the lovely terrace.

It is easy to go down to the city or to the beach from here. I really recommend this place and hope I get the opportunity to get back :)

We are sure this is the best place to stay when your are in Bagamoyo.

The staff is very friendly, they will help you with everything and will answer all the questions you have.

Moyo Mmoja is situated in a great area of Bagamoyo, it is located in a quite area, but it is still near by the citycentre of Bagamoyo.

The guesthouse has all the things you need to feel you right at home: a kitchen with all the things you need (cooking plates, an oven, a bread toaster, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee making machine, many pans, glasses, plates...), a living room, a veranda, a roof terrace, facilities to do your laundry, your own room...

You also learn to know other travellers who are staying in Moyo Mmoja, what is really nice.

When you stay for a longer period it is really cheap to stay here.
