Lokitela Farm House is on the foothills of Mount Elgon, Kenya’s second highest mountain.

The Farm consists of 874 acres of mixed farming at the foothills of Mount Elgon and there are over 70 acres of natural forest in which the birds are many and varied.

Lokitela is an old Kenya farm home to Tony and Adrianne Mills who enjoy sharing renowned Kenyan hospitality where visitors are encouraged to enjoy this unique lifestyle to its fullest.

Intensive mixed farming is practiced, where milk and maize production are the main enterprises.

Conservation is also a high priority and Lokitela is home to 350 different species of birds and many small animal.

Location:

Lokitela is situated in Western Kenya, 19 km from the market town of Kitale. Kitale has an airstrip for scheduled flights from Nairobi Wilson Airport.
