The Kisumu Beach Resort is an undiscovered jewel.
Tucked away at the shores of Lake Victoria away from the CBD is the quite and serene property with lot of potential to becoming a real holiday resort.
There are lots of mature palm trees in all their splendor and in the evening, the hippos actually come ashore to graze.
The breeze is therapeutic to say the least and the overall experience is idyllic and unpretentious.

The service is superb but the menu is fairly
limited.
Rates are rock-bottom.
The place is on renovation after what appears to
have been a long period of neglect or closure.
If in Kisumu and not a five star jerk, give this
place a night and see what you get.
The owners are lovely people and the food was good. A well kept property with stunning view over the water. Thanks for a memorable stay
