Karibuni centre Hotel in Mbeya Town Tanzania, if you manage to find it, has simple but very good value rooms. Beds were confortable, and while there was not much pressure the water in the shower was hot.

Mbeya is probably somewhere most travellers will just pass through, in which case Karibuni Centre will do very nicely.
