James' Guest House Zanzibar

I went to Zanzibar for a couple of months to do a research. I am so happy about discovering James Guest House.

The price is very reasonable and it was always relaxing at that place.

The room had a comfortable bed with a mosquito net, a table and chairs and a clothes cupboard.

it also had a fan. Both the room and the separated bathroom were very clean.

The staff was always very kind and helpful, so I had the feeling to stay at home.

The surrounding garden was so beautiful and peaceful, I always loved it to sit there, having a delicious breakfast, reading my book, having nice conversations with other guests,...

It just took two minutes to be on the almost exclusive beach with all the activities like snorkeling, diving, several boat trips, bars,...

The town centre is also just a few minutes away.

Overall we would definitely recommend James Guest House, do not expect a 4 stars hotel with luxury, but if you are looking for an authentic, cheap, clean and cheerful place, look no further!

My conclusion: Loved it there and would always return!
