Golden Ark Hotel

We came across Golden Ark Hotel in Soroti Town Uganda on a tour trip; the hotel had been book for us by some of our team who live in Soroti Town. I had been concerned about the accommodation in a place so far away from the usual tourist areas - but I needn't have been.

The hotel was modern, well constructed in stone and felt secure. Solid doors, good locks, comfy beds... ahh... Wouldn't have looked out of place in any major city in Uganda. Food was good too.

The hotel is situated on the Mbala Road, just a few minutes stroll from the town centre.
