Cottars Camp is a superb and stylish camp on a vast 22,000 acre private area of land in the heart of the Masai Mara.

The camp enjoys views across miles of rolling hills and open plains that play host to the migration of one and a half million wildebeest and zebra that pass through the Mara.


Cottars is situated in the Masai Mara, bordering the Serengeti and Loliondo reserves.


Cottars Lodge has 8 en-suite Colonial 1920's style white tents(7 are doubles / twins and 1 Honeymoon / Family suite)

Room facilities

Canopied verandah/ En suite dressing rooms/bathrooms with canvas baths, bucket showers and flush toilets/ tented library/reading room/ private butler.

General facilities:

Game drives are offered (if you prefer in a vintage 1920s vehicle) during the day and at night, along with bush walks, river fishing and swimming all supported by dedicated butlers, trackers, chefs and the service team.
