Coral Key Beach Resort Malindi

We had a great week at the Coral Key Beach Resort Malindi Kenya.

We found the employees so helpful and friendly.

Always ready to accommodate our request.

They were even willing to help with special requests - for example I wanted to use the climbing wall but was unable to participate at the scheduled time.

They came and let me climb at a time that it worked for me.

We enjoyed relaxing, pool aerobics, walking the beach and swimming in the many pools.

The food was good and many local restaurants are just a short ride away.

Coral Kay Resort was lovely and the staff very polite and helpful, but if your not Italian dont go there.

Everyone speaks Italian locals and staff.

So my days were spent very much on my own until my brother finished work and we could spend time together.

Went on amazing Blue Safari which is boats that take you out for the day to a coral reef where you can have swim in crystal clear waters, walk along the white beaches exploring and finding beautiful fish and starfish and urchins hiding away in little pools.

Then lunch is a barbecue of barracuda, prawns and various other fish on the boat, all laid out on trestle tables.

Only drawback are all the beach boys that suddenly appear from nowhere trying to sell you their wares.

All in all a lovely holiday but beware of the beach boys they don’t give up!!!! If you’re English go to Watamu which is just as beautiful and only half and hours down the road
