Bukoba Kolping Hotel

Bukoba Kolping Hotel is situated on the escarpment about 2 kilometres from the centre of town with the Walkguard opposite and the Balamaga up the road.

Its situated at Kashura hill, 3 km Southwest of Bukoba town in a quiet and restful atmosphere overlooking Lake Victoria.

Its within close proximity with Bukoba Airport and Bukoba Port.

It has a fine view of lake Victoria and Bukoba town enjoyed from the balconies and the gardens, accompanied by a healthy breeze gives you the peace and joy you have always desired.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. The layout of the furniture in some of the bedrooms was bizarre. Some rooms have a balcony with views over the lake.

We have stayed here on two occasions and generally there are few other guests.

Breakfast is very good for no tourist Tanzania with lovely home baked rolls.
There is a varied menu and the food is good.

As with the Walkguard the party music from town does not disturb ones sleep. One can use the swimming pool at the Walkguard for a small fee.
