56 Bhog restaurant Dar es Salaam

With both inside and outside seating 56 Bhog restaurant is a great place to sit and watch the bustling action of the Kisutu district in Dar.

The menu is South Indian Vegetarian and I love a good dosa. These guys do not disappoint.

I ordered the masala dosa which arrived crispy and hot, full of veg masala, and accompanied by coconut sambal, that odd soup, which I never know what to do with, and pickle, yum, not too spicy, just right.

The inside is a bit cramped so we sat outside on blue plastic chairs but it was great because you could watch all the stuff happening on the street around you.

The staff is very friendly and happy.

The prices very reasonable. We tried to go back on another day but they weren't open yet so try not to go too early.
