Fish Eagle Point in Tanga

You are Here: › Fish Eagle Point

I arrived at Fish Eagle Point and had to blink twice to believe this place was actually real!

Was the most relaxing, wonderful 6 nights I have spent anywhere.

The staff were so lovely and went well and truly out of their way to look after me.

I spent lazy days starting with tea in bed and looking out to the ocean in fantastically designed rooms. The water was perfect temperature and the snorkelling was never dull.

I would definitely recommend going for a kayak through the mangroves-was something so unique.

Cathy and Steve have really created a peaceful paradise.

oh and the food! I ate like a King! every meal was divine!thanks so much for a wonderful week, i would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

PS-i gave deep sea fishing a go with Steve which was a awesome experience!

The food was also a highlight. The calamari and crab served for dinner was the best I have ever tasted and even one of my traveling companions who is a 'seafood-phobic' admitted to enjoying it!!
The local staff were also very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The accommodation was very comfortable and although ours was a distance away from the main building, the views even when lying in bed were unforgettable.

Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is something which will remain in my memory for a long time to come.

Also the many hermit crabs scuttling around were great entertainment.

The staff is so friendly, the pool small and refreshing, the food fantastic! We had the best time in Fish Eagle, looking at the crabs, reading our books in the roped sun beds, dipping in the blue sea, feasting on our meals under a moonlit sky, and sleeping amidst the fresh air and animal sounds.
It was a slice of heaven that I wouldn't have missed for the world
