The apartments are quite standard in decor and ours had a bedroom with two beds, living/sitting room and a small kitchen.

We had to have the fan on in the evening as it was warm, and there was no breeze with our room location. We were only there for one night ($45 included breakfast), so it worked well for our needs. We felt extremely safe and all of the workers were very kind.

The apartments in the main compound were nicely decorated, very clean with VERY comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms and TV. The attached Kitchen was a decent size with oven, microwave, fridge and all the utensils you could need for cooking.

The cheaper apartments off site are just round the corner from the main compound. They consist of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and some have a lounge too. They are cleaned once a week and are very well looked after.

The owner, Mr Kundayo, is exceptionally helpful and will try to meet all your needs. The location is great as well. It is just off the main Arusha-Moshi highway and is in a very quiet place.

There are dala dalas passing every few minutes to Arusha which cost Tsh200 and take around 20 minutes to reach arusha city centre. You can also take a taxi for around Tsh 5000.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.
