Karambezi Cafe Dar es Salaam

You are Here: › Karambezi Cafe

If you want a romantic treat while your in Dar, Karambezi Cafe is the place to go. The food is terrific, the location stunning and the staff friendly and efficient.

What a location! your perched on top of the end of the Msasani Peninsula overlooking the Indian Ocean while the waves crash underneath. Simply stunning and the food is good too.

Karambezi Cafe is located inside the Sea Cliff Hotel, a high end luxury hotel and casino complex in Dar.

It's very luxurious and we were expecting it to be pretty pricy as a result but considering the view, the location and the quality of food, this place is very reasonably priced.

It's not cheap, but you get a lot for your shilling here.We liked it so much we went back twice.

To drink we had a very tasty South African chardonnay. We left full and content.

The second time we went Hubby had the vegetable soup and the chicken and mushroom pasta.

The soup was very good and he said the pasta was perfect.

I had the grilled calamari with salad which was cooked to perfection, not at all rubbery and again we had the chardonnay.
