Sentindo Neptune Plam Beach Resort in Ukunda Diani Mombasa is a great hotel with great staff, they will do anything to make sure that you enjoy your stay.

The location is lovely on the beach over looking the Indian Ocean.

The rooms are very spacious, very clean room and bathroom, huge balcony, fruit basket at arrival etc...the first impression was "WOW".

Also monkeys living in the gardens of the hotel, and sometimes you find them on you balcony, it's very entertaining

The food was very good. Big choice for breakfast, everything you could think of was there. Lunch and dinner also buffet always choice of 2 soup varieties, bread varieties, salads, beef, chicken, grilled fish, pasta with sauce and ingredients of your own choice, stir fry, fruits and cakes for desserts, also always a hot dessert choice. In those two weeks, I thought there was enough variety.

The staff was absolutely lovely! Cameline, Patrick, Sarah, Mary, Herbert, what a joy!

Always greeted you with a big smile; very friendly! We gave them all a little something when we left (clothes, soaps, teddy bears for their kids) and they were so grateful, I nearly cried when I had to say goodbye!

The pool side is very nice, clean, always enough sun beds (which were very comfortable), very quiet.
